Jef Whatley is the Training and Support Specialist for the GALILEO support services team, where he coordinates and delivers training opportunities for librarians and media specialists using their available GALILEO resources. He has worked extensively in instructional support and also has over a decade of research librarianship experience, both in public and academic libraries. With a multi-disciplinary background, Jef loves to find customized solutions that cater to your users' unique needs
