Bio
Before joining the New Georgia Encyclopedia as managing editor, Edward Hatfield was an instructor at Kennesaw State University and Emory University. He holds a doctorate in U.S. history from Emory University, and is a founding member of the editorial board at Atlanta Studies, an open access journal published by the Emory Center for Digital Scholarship.
