Bio
Evan Michael Bush is the Director of Youth Services at the Georgia Public Library Service. He has over 26 years of experience in public libraries, early childhood and reading education. Evan has represented children’s librarianship at the local, state and national level, including three ALA award committees – The Caldecott, Pura Belpré, and Batchelder Awards. He is passionate about training children’s librarians and improving literacy across the state of Georgia.
