Update: FIXED: K-12 Schools (Research Library and PQ Newspapers)

The problem with K-12 School accounts and ProQuest Research Library and ProQuest Newspapers has been resolved. Access to these two databases will become available tomorrow morning (July 2, 2010.)

ORIGINAL MESSAGE (6-30-2010)

As announced earlier this morning, public and private K-12 schools will have access to ProQuest Research Library and ProQuest Newspapers for FY 2011. We have been working with ProQuest to make these databases accessible to all K-12 schools by July 1, 2011 (tomorrow.) Unfortunately, there is a glitch in the accounts that is causing access errors. We are working with ProQuest technical and customer support to resolve this problem. They hope to have the issue resolved and accounts accessible by the end of this week or the beginning of next week. Once the accounts are accessible, access will be turned on for K-12 schools via GALILEO. An update will be provided to the GALILEO list and within the GALILEO news feed.
