Save the Dates: GUGM and the GALILEO Annual Conference Planned for Spring

We’ve set the dates for our spring conferences.

GIL Users Group Meeting (GUGM)

The GIL Users Group Meeting will take place virtually May 17-19, 2022.

The theme of the 2022 conference is “New Models for Sharing,” with a focus on the legal landscape of current and future lending (or resource sharing) practices.

The Call for Proposals will open in January, and session proposals will be due Feb. 10.

GALILEO Annual Conference (GAC)

The 2022 GALILEO Annual Conference will take place virtually June 14-16, 2022.

The theme of next year’s conference is “Imagine. Discover. Explore.” There will be a focus on the importance of primary sources in preserving history and lifelong learning, a key part of the GALILEO mission.

The Call for Proposals will open in February, and session proposals will be due March 4.

Keynote speakers for both conference will be announced soon.
