New Georgia Encyclopedia Publishes Second Book, The Civil War in Georgia

As part of its ongoing collaboration with the Georgia Humanities Council and the UGA Press in support of the New Georgia Encyclopedia, GALILEO is proud to announce the publication of The Civil War in Georgia. Edited by John C. Inscoe, Editor of the New Georgia Encyclopedia, and co-published by the Georgia Humanities Council, the UGA Press, and GALILEO, this book gathers selected articles from the New Georgia Encyclopedia that examine the diversity of Civil War experience throughout Georgia.
