Jimmy Carter Turns 100!

Happy Birthday to former president Jimmy Carter! He reached his 100th birthday on Tuesday, Oct. 1.

This marks the first time a United States president has reached this milestone.

Carter’s hometown of Plains, Ga., celebrated the humanitarian, who has been in hospice care for the past year.
