Additional Guidelines

  • Each session time slot is approximately 45 mins; presentations should be no longer than that.
  • You will need to submit a presentation title, abstract, presenters, and topic area
  • This conference is virtual, so you may pre-record your sessions, though we do intend for most of them to be live.
  • Sessions typically include 1-2 speakers, but they may include more or be panel discussions.
