Call for Proposals: GALILEO K-12 Fall Showcase
GALILEO is planning a fall showcase for it K-12 libraries, and we’d like to see presentations from throughout Georgia.
We know it can be difficult to attend our annual conference, so we’re planning to host this showcase to help ensure our elementary, middle and high school media specialists and teachers, as well as homeschool educators, have a chance to benefit from other ideas from around the state on using GALILEO and engaging students.
Several GALILEO vendors will also be hosting sessions during this symposium.
It will be all virtual. Registration will open (hopefully) in August. But first, we need you!
Please submit proposals for the online workshops/presentations. We will work with you the dates/times later on. Sessions can be anywhere from 15 mins to 60 mins. Each presenter will be sent our latest swag to use in their classroom or library, in addition to our sincere thanks!
(We’re also looking for new members of the GALILEO Ambassadors and Influencers in Libraries (GAIL) group. If you’re interested in finding out more, please visit here to sign up for interest meetings.)
