Nursing Resources in GALILEO

In honor of National Nurses Week, we wanted to share some research resources for nurses and those studying to be nurses throughout the state of Georgia.

Health Source: Nursing / Academic Edition includes research articles for nurses to keep up-to-date on the latest research as well as patient education sheets from the Lexi-PAL Drug Guide. Journals in this database include Creative Nursing, Issues in Comprehensive Pediatric Nursing, Issues in Mental Health Nursing, Journal of Advanced Nursing, Journal of Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Nursing, Journal of Clinical Nursing, Journal of Community Health Nursing, Journal of Nursing Management, Nursing Ethics, Nursing Forum, and Nursing Inquiry.

MEDLINE, which was created by the National Library of Medicine, includes scholarly research from the fields of medicine, nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, the health care system, pre-clinical sciences, and more.

Consumer Health Complete includes reports, pamphlets, videos, drug information, and many more resources that nurses can share with patients to keep them informed.
