GALILEO Offices Closed for Labor Day Holiday

The GALILEO Support Services office will be closed Monday, September 2nd in observance of the Labor Day holiday. In the event of a GALILEO-related emergency (examples: GALILEO is unavailable, one or more databases are inaccessible), please do the following:
- First, check the GALILEO System Status Announcements.
- Second, call ITS HelpDesk at 888-875-3697 and follow the instructions for leaving an emergency page for the ITS HelpDesk, who will notify GALILEO on-call staff.
If you have a non-emergency, general support request or IP change request, please submit a comment to GALILEO using the Contact Us form. All non-emergency issues will be addressed beginning Tuesday, September 3.
