Question

Why are items saved to custom folders not appearing in my MyEBSCO Dashboard?

Answer

All EBSCO databases in GALILEO now utilize the newest version of EBSCO’s user interface. This includes the EBSCO Discovery Service (powers GALILEO Classic Search), and EBSCO ehost databases (e.g.: Academic Search Complete). With this migration, items saved to MyEBSCO custom folders did not migrate to the “Projects” area in the new EBSCO dashboard. EBSCO has developed a tool that allows users to download items saved to custom folders. This feature is available until August 1, 2025.

You can access this feature by logging into your MyEBSCO Personal Account, then navigate to the “Projects” area. You will see a button that will allow you to download your previously saved folders and the items within them.
