Question

Why am I no longer able to access saved items in MyEBSCO?

Answer

Some students, faculty, and staff at University System of Georgia institutions may have lost saved data in their MyEBSCO Account/Dashboard.

Before you submit a support request:

  • Be sure that you are logged into your MyEBSCO account, you won’t see your folders and info if you are not logged in
  • If you are on campus, you may need to click on the “MyEBSCO” button to initiate a single sign on login< and access your MyEBSCO folders

  • If you have used your MyEBSCO account to save a list of articles, ebooks, etc. and your items are no longer available, please contact GALILEO Support. GALILEO Support will coordinate with the MyEBSCO team to restore your account.
