Question

How do I see my active GLRI records?

Answer

From GALILEO Admin

If you’re logged into GALILEO Admin, the default display will be your active GLRI records. If you wish to view all your institution’s GLRI records, you can change the “GLRI” filter from “Active” to “Either.” If you wish to only see your inactive GLRI records, you can change the “GLRI” filter to “Not Active.”

From GALILEO Portal

From the GALILEO interface, you can view your active GLRI records using the following steps:

  1. Select “All Databases” from the main GALILEO page.
  2. Add the parameter “?glri=true” to the URL in the address bar.

For example, for Valdosta State University, change the URL in the address bar

FROM:

https://www.galileo.usg.edu/val1/search

TO:

https://www.galileo.usg.edu/val1/search?glri=true

As always, if you have questions, please contact us.
