Single Single-On (SSO) Access into GALILEO Unavailable due to OpenAthens Outage - 12/6/2023 *RESOLVED*

I am happy to report that OpenAthens has identified the root cause, and a fix has been applied. The issue has been resolved and we have confirmed this with some testing.

As of 8:30 a.m., December 6, 2023, OpenAthens is experiencing an outage. This outage is impacting remote access into GALILEO using Single Sign-On (SSO). OpenAthens is working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

HeritageQuest authentication issue - 11/29/2023

As of 2:28 p.m. on November 28, 2023, HeritageQuest is experiencing an authentication issue. When a user first attempts to access HeritageQuest, they will receive a page which states ““Our apologies, we seem to be having a problem loading this page.” ProQuest are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Workaround: Subsequent attempts to access HeritageQuest are successful. If a user encounters the error, clicking on the access link again should gain them access.
