GALILEO Offices Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

The GALILEO Support Services office will be closed Monday, January 19, 2025, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. In the event of a GALILEO-related emergency (examples: GALILEO is unavailable, one or more databases are inaccessible), please do the following:
- First, check the GALILEO System Status Announcements.
- Second, call ITS Customer Services at 1-877-251-2644 and follow the instructions for leaving an emergency page for the USG Service Desk, who will notify GALILEO on-call staff.
If you have a non-emergency, general support request or an IP change request, please submit a comment to GALILEO using the Contact Us form. All non-emergency issues will be addressed beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2025.
