Turner County/Victoria Evans Memorial Library Patrons & Personal Accounts: LearningExpress, Job & Career Accelerator, Mango Languages
Turner County Library/Victoria Evans Memorial Library patrons:
On July 1, 2026, GALILEO sites will be updated to reflect the Turner County/Victoria Evans branch move from Coastal Plain Regional Library to Ocumulgee Regional Library.
GALILEO staff are working to make this transition as seamless as possible, however, in transition, data you saved could be lost.
Personal Accounts
MyEBSCO Accounts
Patrons with MyEBSCO accounts used to save items, track progress, manage ebooks, etc. will have no issues accessing their MyEBSCO account after the updates on January 1, 2026.
EBSCO Personalization for LearningExpress/Job & Career Accelerator, FinancialFit
While patrons should not lose any saved data, please be advised, it is a good idea to note your progress on any practice tests or modules, and to export any documents (resumes, letters) from Job & Career Accelerator prior to July 1, 2026 to ensure access after the transition.
Below are video tutorials to assist with saving items:
Mango Languages
If a patron loses access to Mango through the profile they created with Coastal Plain Regional, they will be able to link their existing profile with the Ocmulgee Regional System without losing their progress. You will not need to create a new profile. Find help from Mango here.
Additionally, patrons have the option to merge two different Mango profiles that use the same email address. Find guidance here.
Patrons can also contact the Mango support team, and they will be happy to help directly.
The GALILEO support team is glad to assist with any questions you have. Please submit a GALILEO support request here.
