Bio

Lisa worked as a systems librarian in both academic and public libraries for 14 years before joining EBSCO. Working with EBSCO's Discovery Service and the administrative sites are where her focus is for training. She also serves as an adjunct professor for Central Texas College in the Computer Information Technology & Systems department. She works from her home in the Tampa Bay area and primarily serves customers in the US and Canada as well as English-speaking Caribbean.
