Her passion lies in empowering new teachers with the necessary tools, resources, and cutting-edge solutions to master instructional techniques that ignite student achievement. Dr. Odunjo's doctoral research in reading reform and teaching methodologies has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of effective educational strategies. 

Throughout her career, she has been recognized with awards and accolades, such as 2020 Teacher of the Year Award, for her exceptional work, Excellence in Instruction, for her laser like focus on enhancing learning for students, and Instructional Technology Innovator, for her dedication to implementing and
integrating instructional technology to engage and inspire student learning.
