Bio

Kassie McLaughlin, MLIS is a Library Services Engineer at EBSCO, where she works as a technical and product expert for FOLIO. Her passion lies in helping libraries utilize technology to make their collections discoverable and accessible. Before joining EBSCO, she worked at Rockhurst University as an Electronic Resources Librarian and at the University of Notre Dame as the Head of Resource Acquisition and Access. She also has experience in public libraries and special libraires in Indiana and Iowa.
