The Past, Present, and Future of GIL Express

This presentation will begin with an overview of the history of GIL Express and current GIL Express practices and workflows. This will be an opportunity for library staff new to GIL Express to gain more in-depth information about the service. After this review of current practices, the presenters will lead a discussion on how we as a community want to shape the service and the options open to us. This discussion should be of interest to anyone working with GIL Express or Interlibrary Loan.
