ILL 101 (Interlibrary Loan)

This presentation will review interlibrary loan lending and borrowing. It will serve as an introduction for those who are new in the field of ILL, a refresher for those that have worked in ILL, and a bridge for those who may be changing or thinking of changing the software system used to complete resource sharing. The interlibrary loan subcommittee has been working on guides to assist with closures and other mailing issues that arise. The GIL Fulfillment Committee completed a mailing best practices workflow that will also be shared.
